Margaret founded Caldwell & Associates in 2001 after a decade at a Big Four firm, where she led tax engagements for Fortune 500 clients. With over 30 years of experience, she specializes in complex tax strategy for high-net-worth individuals and privately held businesses. Margaret is a frequent speaker at Georgia Society of CPAs events and serves on the board of two Atlanta-area nonprofits.

David joined the firm in 2008 and was named partner in 2015. He leads all audit and assurance engagements, with particular depth in non-profit organizations and government contractors. Prior to joining Caldwell & Associates, David spent six years in the public sector as an auditor for the State of Georgia, giving him a unique perspective on compliance requirements and regulatory risk.

Rachel oversees the firm's bookkeeping and payroll practice, serving over 80 small business clients across industries ranging from retail to professional services. Known for her approachable style and practical advice, she helps business owners implement systems that save time and reduce errors. Rachel is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and leads the firm's annual small business accounting workshops.

Thomas brings a sharp analytical focus to financial strategy and tax planning for mid-market clients. As a Certified Fraud Examiner, he also supports clients facing financial disputes, fraud investigations, and litigation support needs. Thomas is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing the firm to serve Atlanta's growing Spanish-speaking business community.
